By applying for a motor vehicle permit and submitting this form you agree to be bound by the
Truett-McConnell College vehicle and parking regulations contained in the current Student Handbook.
You further agree that it is your responsibility to read, understand and obey all regulations contained therein.
The Parking Fee (non-refundable) is $50 per semester and will be charged to your account upon processing. The vehicle that is registered first should be the primary vehicle that you have on campus the most.
The student will still need to register each vehicle online the first time it is on campus,
using the Vehicle Registration Form, or if the information changes on the vehicle that is currently registered.

 Registrar's Office

 

The role of the registrar’s office is to support the academic mission of Truett-McConnell College. This office is responsible for course scheduling, student registration, enrollment and degree verification, maintenance and protection of academic records, transfer credit evaluation, graduation audits, awarding of degrees, commencement, transcript services, FERPA compliance, veterans benefits, and student data and statistics.

 

Graduation Application
 

All students must declare their intent to graduate by submitting a completed Graduation Application to the Registrar's Office no later than January 3 in the academic year they plan to graduate. The Graduation Application form is available from the internet, but the completed request may not be submitted electronically. It must be submitted by mail or in person along with the $50.00 graduation fee.

Truett-McConnell College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:

Enrollment Verification

Students who need enrollment verification letters for health insurers, housing providers, or other organizations requiring proof of their enrollment may complete and submit the Request for Enrollment Verification Form.

 


 

VA Benefits

Transcripts

 

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) prohibits the release of a transcript or the information recorded thereon to a third party without the student’s written consent.

Transcripts will not be issued for any student or alumnus whose financial obligation to the college has not been met or whose registration or admissions requirements are incomplete.

Transcript Ordering Options

Online

Truett-McConnell College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript services via the internet.  To order an official transcript, go to the National Student Clearinghouse website. The instructions on the site explain the order process, delivery options and fees.

    Mail

    Transcripts may be requested by mailing a completed Transcript Request Form and payment (cash or money order only) to:

    Transcripts may be requested in person at the Registrar's Office (Hood Building) on campus.  You must submit a completed, signed Transcript Request Form and payment (cash or money order only).

    Overnight mail $20 per transcript

    Clep Test Credit

    Truett McConnell College will grant Clep Test Credit. For further information on individual tests, please contact the registrar's office. Clep tests centers can be found on the CollegeBoard website.
