Cafeteria Plan Insurance Options
The college provides the following insurance benefits to each full-time employee. The monthly cost to the employee is determined by the plan and type of coverage chosen. Employees are to enroll in these programs within thirty (30) days of beginning employment and reenroll at annual enrollment. Coverage under the insurance program begins on the first (1st) day of employment.

Employees may purchase (pre-tax) family coverage under the health, dental or vision plans as a benefit through the cafeteria plan.
Additionally, the College pays 100% of the cost of premiums for Long-Term Disability Insurance for all full-time employees of the institution. The College provides a Short-Term Salary Continuation program as well.
