Truett-McConnell College was founded in 1946 as a Georgia Baptist college and operates, in large measure, through the generous support of Georgia Baptists, whose gifts to the Cooperative Program are disbursed by the Georgia Baptist Convention.
Funds designated by the Georgia Baptist Convention for Truett-McConnell College include scholarships, endowment, appropriations for operating expenses, matching funds, and special projects funds.
The trustees, administration, faculty, staff, and students of Truett-McConnell are grateful to Georgia Baptists and to the Georgia Baptist Convention for their support of Christian education in the mountains of northeast Georgia.
